In 2023, P3 Logistic Parks, a major player in logistics real estate in Europe, and Poste Immobilier entrust Accenta with the decarbonization of a 19,000 m² warehouse located in Grand-Couronne, near Rouen.
The objectives for this new building occupied by Colissimo meet the following challenges:

Tailor-made solutions from Accenta
The chosen solution is based on a geothermal system consisting of capturing the heat from the subsoil available without intermittence. The calories then arrive at the entrance of the geothermal heat pumps to heat the building.
The work undertaken on the Grand-Couronne site consists of the installation of:
✅ A 5,800 m field of geothermal probes (58 probes 100 m deep)
✅ 2 geothermal heat pumps
✅ 1 aerothermal heat pump
