Background
In 2021, Prologis, an international player in logistics and industrial real estate, called on Accenta to reduce the energy consumption and CO2 emissions of 2 warehouses located in its logistics park in Moissy-Cramayel.
The mission consists of replacing the old gas heating system with clean and economical low-carbon equipment.
Customized solutions from Accenta

Insight to monitor consumption, CO2 emissions and the energy budget
Customer benefits
✅ The 2 Prologis warehouses now consume respectively – 66% and – 78% of energy and CO2 compared to a standard gas solution, i.e. an average of – 70%
✅ They now achieve an average saving of – 73% on the heating budget
✅ A response to the regulatory obligations of the BACS decree and the tertiary decree
✅ Improving the thermal comfort of the site’s employees
✅ Simple heating management, which can be carried out remotely on a PC and smartphone using a personalized interface
✅ An increase in the land value of the equipped buildings thanks to their new energy efficiency label
